1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products offered by Charge me up , via the website accessible at the address: https://chargemeup-shop.com .
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of external batteries and associated accessories, intended for consumers residing in France.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, there may be a slight difference between the visuals displayed on the site and the final product, without this affecting the quality or functionality of the product.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) , all taxes included ( TTC ).
Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.
Charge me up reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
